We’re fortunate to call Céline & Company our in-house catering partner. Known throughout Asheville for thoughtful menus, exceptional service, and incredible food, they create fully customized dining experiences for everything from elegant plated dinners to relaxed late-night bites.
While you’re welcome to bring in another caterer, we’d be lying if we said we weren’t a little obsessed with ours.

FAQs
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
We are always happy to recommend vendors, we have been working in the industry for over 20 years so we know a lot of people, but you are not required to use any specific vendor for your event.
Do you offer bar packages?
Yes! Ella is a fully licensed venue, any alcohol served on premises is required to come from us. We have a built in bar, fully stocked with your local favorites, and a fantastic bar team who can dream up any signature cocktail you could imagine.
Will I get a venue representative?
You’ll be assigned a dedicated servicing manager who will make sure every detail of your event is just right. From helping you choose the perfect bar package and upgrading your linen selections, to designing a layout that flows beautifully — they’ve got you covered. If you’re working with a planner, they’ll connect directly to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
On event day, a venue manager will be on-site from setup through breakdown. They’ll handle all the essentials — making sure the space is comfortable, the sound system is on point, the doors are unlocked, and every table is exactly where it should be.
All you need to do is enjoy the moment — we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I get ready and dressed at Ella?
While we do have a space that can be utilized for getting ready, it is not a dedicated “getting ready” room. However, we would encourage you to come and check it out for yourself!
Do you have parking at Ella?
While we don’t have dedicated parking, our prime downtown Asheville location means you’ve got plenty of options nearby.
From street parking to nearby garages and lots, there’s no shortage of convenient spots. We’ve even put together a handy guide that outlines all the nearby parking options and their distances from our front door — so your guests can plan ahead and arrive with ease.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Our venue is fully handicap accessible and we have restrooms that are also handicap accessible.
Do you require a planner?
We do not, but if you would like recommendations we are happy to provide you with names of great planners.
Can I have my ceremony rehearsal at Ella?
If there are no events scheduled in the space two weeks before your wedding you are welcomed to have your ceremony rehearsal on site.
